I could write a few pages about my experience Highline motors and Addison. 5 stars are not enough it rate them. I saw a 04 Subaru Forester for sale on line and I called Addison to see it and test drive it. We made a deal the same day, Addison delivered the car to me from Ossining to the Bronx, detailed, full tank and fresh fluids and filters. Final story… great car, great deal, Great HONEST car dealer. Atleast 5 star rating.

Thanks to Addison at Highline I'm the proud owner of a 2008 4Runner. Highline is a true mom & pop business. At Highline, expect personal communication and clear pricing. You won't have to worry about excessive delivery/destination charges and the typical 'dealer' smokescreens. You call Addison, set the appointment, and he's there. He accomodated my odd hours due to work, allowed me to inspect the car to my satisfaction, and was upfront about the car's condition. We agreed on a set of repair work and after Addison delivered, I signed the papers. I'll definately keep an eye on Highline for repeat business. Addison has a knack for finding affordable hidden gems.

A+++ Seller-I went in looking at another car for my son and Addison talked me into another car that was cheaper! Pointed out that car had been totally refurbished by previous owner and that most of the parts were new. My son has been driving the car for about 3 months with no issues. If there was a way to give 6 stars, I would rush to do so! These guys have given me faith in the used car industry. They are, truly, a family run and family oriented business. I found my vehicle on Car Gurus and reached out via the web. They called me back within the hour and set up a test drive. Because I live in NYC and I work in New Jersey, getting to them before the business day ended was impossible. They arranged for a test drive and inspection well after business hours. Upon inspection of the vehicle, and a test drive, they were upfront about a defect that I would have had no way of knowing (It did not affect the quality or safety of the vehicle). They were more than willing to negotiate the price and accept a deposit. I returned to purchase the vehicle and because of my work schedule they waited for me to pick up the vehicle at 9pm!!! It was prepped and ready to go. The vehicle has served my family and I wonderfully. It was such a good purchase, that I was afraid to leave a rating, for fear of the vehicle going out on me! The service and the vehicle have been abnormally wonderful! I am beyond satisfied with the vehicle, the service and the salesmen. If I EVER need another vehicle, I will , without a doubt, go directly to Highline Motors.

Getting a used car for my 75-year-old father wasn't an easy decision. We searched for weeks for something reliable and came across Addison at Highline Motors. Car salesmen indeed have a bad stigma but Addison made it his business to counter that. He went above and beyond to help my dad with some minor post-A.C. issues that he completely repaired. This is our third car purchased from Highline Motors. Why? Because we can trust them. This last purchase a 2002 Subaru Outback was about three days from the day we test drove the car to the day we took it home. Addison didn't try to sell us something different from what we came to look at. This past weekend I raved about our experience to another Ossining resident looking for a car. He's a young guy just starting out and cant afford to be swindled. I know that Addison will treat this guy with respect and honesty as he did us. Addison was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I love that some car parts were updated before the sale and that the car is detailed before he hands it over.

Addison has been a pleasure to work with. Bought our daughter her first car a 2001 Nissan Altima. We had an issue with the check engine light and Addison has been great to work with to solve the problem. He takes ownership of the problem and works to make it right.
